This is a relief printing class for adults. Students will use an easy cut linoleum like product as their plate to create their relief design. It would be great to bring ideas or a theme. Students will then learn how to use a printmaking gouge and carve out the design. Finally, they will learn the printing process of using a brayer and applying the ink onto the plate and printing a series of editions. Students will leave with basic knowledge of printmaking as well as their plate and multiple prints.
